Our goal at Government Move Services, Inc. is to provide the highest level of satisfaction and responsive customer service to the military members we serve. Please be aware that there are three different ways to file your claim depending if your shipment moved under the TOPS program or DP3.
The FRV program provides for the repair or replacement of items that are damaged or lost during the course of your move, up to the limits published by the Department of Defense. Under these guidelines, we as the representative of the TSP are responsible for settling your claim.
It is imperative claims for damages or missing items be documented and substantiated in detail to us as soon as possible so we may process your claim in a fair and timely manner. We want to ensure you understand the filing options so you may receive a quick and fair settlement should you need to file a claim. Depending on what type of shipment you have, there are three possible settlement methods, as outlined below.
